14,000 acres assembled. 600 MW approved.

Our principal originated and assembled the land behind one of Virginia's largest solar projects, securing leases across roughly 14,000 acres and bringing dozens of landowners into a single development-scale site. When the original agreement ended after five years, the assemblage didn't die: we re-marketed the site, matched it with a developer able to carry it forward, and the project was ultimately acquired by a major utility. It has since received full county approval as an up to 600 MW facility.
